Return & Refund Policy
At DPX Athletics, all programs and coaching services are designed with intention to deliver real, lasting results. Due to the digital nature of our products and the personalized aspect of coaching, all sales are considered final.
However, we stand behind the effectiveness of our coaching when fully committed to.
Coaching Commitment Policy
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- You have completed the full 8-week coaching period
- You have followed the program as prescribed
- You can provide clear proof of consistent effort and adherence
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Completing assigned workouts
- Following nutritional guidelines
- Maintaining regular check-ins and communication
- Actively applying coaching feedback and adjustments
If, after fully committing to the program for the entire duration, you have not seen measurable progress, you may submit a refund request for review.
Important Notes
- Failure to follow the program as designed will void eligibility for any refund
- Lack of consistency, missed check-ins, or non-compliance will not qualify
- Results vary based on individual effort, consistency, and adherence
Refund Requests
All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of completing the 8-week program.
Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Digital Products (Programs)
Due to the instant access and downloadable nature of our programs, all digital product purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
