Give women the structure they’ve been missing, the accountability they need, and the guidance to finally see progress.
Because most women aren’t lacking motivation.

The Reason Behind DPX Athletics
I started DPX Athletics because I saw how many women were doing everything they thought was right, working out, eating better, staying consistent, yet still not seeing the results they deserved.
Not because they weren’t trying hard enough,
but because they didn’t have the right structure, guidance, or plan built for them.
And I know this firsthand, because I went through it too.
I spent years stuck in that cycle, wasting time on trial and error.
I wish I had someone guiding me from the beginning, someone to give me clarity and a plan that actually worked.
Because without that, you end up:

- Feeling stuck when progress slows
I knew there had to be a better way.
Now, I’ve built a body and lifestyle I’m proud of through structure, consistency, and intention, and that’s exactly what I help my clients do.
